Since 1963, we've been part of a historic Parisian hotel family, with values handed down from generation to generation and a culture of human values, professionalism and friendly service.
The Serotel Lutèce hotel opened its doors in June 1979. The project begins with 3 stars and sets itself apart: it is one of the first 3-star hotels in the area.
The founder is joined by his daughter, Claire, in June 2014, after completing her studies in finance and 3 years in financial auditing at Deloitte. For several years, he taught her the trade: fundamental and practical instruction, learning all the ropes and passing on the values that still make the establishment famous today.
The hotel becomes 4-star.
Eager to continue the family tradition and passionate about the profession, Claire eventually took over the management of the hotel.
Today, she and her father work together, Claire on operations and her father on R&D, to intelligently integrate new ideas and innovations in the hotel industry. To be even better at serving you is also their goal.
